central location attentive staff fine carvings
The location is central. It is easy to find. the staff were very attentive. Ayoub. he was always happy to chat. the building has beautiful carvings. Mosaics capture the charm of the riad.

careful listening ongoing assistance billing discrepancy city tax
the staff listened to my needs carefully and provided ongoing assistance, which i found acceptable.
I found discrepancies in billing. Prices for laundry did not align with initial quotes, and i had to pay extra. even accounting for exchange rates, the final amount felt off.

small room loud air conditioning
The room i had was not ideal. it felt quite small and dark. also, the air conditioning unit was very loud. It was difficult to sleep well with that noise. the breakfast provided was very simple, just bread, butter, and yogurt.

extra charge questionable billing
honestly, the laundry prices felt a bit off. i got charged extra, and the final bill seemed a little shady. even accounting for exchange rates, something felt amiss. i didn't dig too deep, but it left me with a slight feeling of being overcharged, which wasn't great.

gorgeous getaway in the heart of it all!!!
fine riad helpful staff super clean room rooftop terrace
This riad is fine, located right in the medina! the staff were cute and helpful, always ready to assist. our room was super clean and beautifully decorated. the rooftop terrace was a highlight. Breakfasts and dinners there were special!!!
the only minor thing was that i could sometimes hear noises from the inner courtyard, but it didn't bother me too much.

our beautiful double room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and a stylish decor. the ensuite bathroom had a rainfall shower. air conditioning kept the room cool, a big plus.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was good, with a variety of fresh and tasty options! dinners were also served there. The location is very romantic and charming. the food was AMAZING!!!

the staff helped carry bags from the taxi late at night. they made sure we had everything we needed. the location was suitable. the facilities were upscale.
